You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any designs or logos submitted. We are not liable for copyright infringement from customer-provided artwork. Design files should be submitted in high resolution.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Proof of defect required.
All original designs created by Bleach Resistant remain our property unless full rights transfer is arranged and paid for. Customer-provided designs remain customer property.
Bleach Resistant's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for color variations due to monitor differences.
